A DADT Repeal Plan for 2010

Servicemembers United has released, and is now forcefully advocating for, a DADT repeal plan that would lock in full repeal of the law in 2010, but which would also allow the Pentagon the time it says it needs to study and plan for repeal implementation management – a precondition of Pentagon support for DADT repeal.
The repeal plan is contained within a document released on Servicemembers United’s website entitled Securing Legislative Repeal of DADT in 2010, which is an updated version of a similar document that Servicemembers United first began circulating in early 2009.
